The Group is promoted and managed by Mr. Ajit Sardesai, an Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree from Pennsylvania State University, USA, and having over 30 years of management experience with Goa Carbon Ltd.; Mr. Ghanashyam Sardesai, a Civil Engineer, having over 27 years of experience in the Civil Construction and Mining Industry; and Mr. Anup Sardesai, a Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in Management, with work experience of around 3 years in Bosch India Ltd, and subsequently over 8 years in managing the Group Business.
